On the event date, everybody meets at the venue and is greeted by our host(ess). The host will show you where to sit and give you a name tag and "scorecard". You will get to have mini-dates with everyone at the event and the host will ring a bell when it's time to move on to the next date (and of course show you which table to move to). Everything is arranged for you, so you do not have to feel uncomfortable approaching someone and wondering if they are interested. At the end of the event, everyone fills out the "scorecard" telling the host who they are interested in.
